Accessible water skiing

Are you ready for a true adventure on the water? For those not afraid of a little bit of speed and fun, we offer accessible water skiing activities! You will meet your instructors at the agreed time and place. First, you receive an introduction to water skiing. You will practice for a while on a board that was specially designed for people with disabilities. Once you get the basics, you will be transferred onto a little speedboat and head out to the sea. You can see the device used in the first picture. When you are on the water, you can take turns of having a go at water skiing off the back of the boat. This activity takes place under the supervision of specialized instructors to ensure complete safety.

Conditions

Before starting, there will be a form that you have to fill in and you will have to pass a simple test to see if there are no barriers. Safety above all!

About water skiing

We have a couple of expert tips for you for a successful water skiing adventure. The basics are pretty straightforward, but it does not hurt to keep these tips in the back of your mind. Before going water skiing, it is always a good idea to have a little stretch to avoid being sore of muscle pain the next morning. When you are starting in the water, keep your arms straight and keep your eyes focused on one point. This will help with the balance. In addition to water skiing, Mallorca is an accessible sports paradise for many other accessible (water)sports. You can also go golfing, sailing, sailing on land, kayaking, and scuba diving. Therefore, the island is very beloved by the disabled visitor.
