What Equipment Can We Arrange?

Whether you use a manual wheelchair, a power wheelchair, or a mobility scooter, we work with local service partners who stock the right equipment for everyday holiday use. Below are some examples of what we can arrange, though availability varies per destination:

Availability and pricing varies by destination: what’s offered in Barcelona may differ from Lisbon, and rental costs in Rome aren’t the same as in Athens.

Delivered to Your Accomodation

We deliver your rental equipment straight to where you need it. We can arrange delivery to your hotel, your accommodation, or if you are departing on a Barcelona cruise, we can even deliver directly to your cabin.

Renting mobility equipment for your holiday can make the difference between a tiring day and an enjoyable one. Whether you are renting a wheelchair for a vacation or a city break, we coordinate the timing so your equipment is ready when you need it.

Good to know: We can often arrange delivery to a concierge or reception desk, which avoids the need to pre-set a specific delivery time. If a fixed appointment is required, this may come as a surcharge depending on the destination. We will always let you know in advance.

Rental Costs

Rental costs differ per country and per city. In general, the total price depends on the type of equipment, the rental duration, and your delivery and pick up location. Additionally, some of our service partners require a deposit, either in cash upon delivery or via credit card details, to cover potential damage.

Unfortunately is not possible to pick up rental equipment in one destination and return it in another. Upon booking, your travel agent will take you through all the details, so you know exactly what to expect.
