About this wheelchair accessible city tour Vigo and Baiona

Join us on our City Tour Vigo and Baiona. You will be picked up from your hotel or cruise port by your private guide and adapted transport. You will recognize your guide by the sign he is holding with your name on it. He helps you to get into your private adapted vehicle and your tour is ready to begin.

O Berbés Market

Your tour starts with a short visit of the O Berbés Market and the Rúa da Pescadería, also known as the Ruá das Ostras, to see the fish auctions.
Following on, you will drive to the 17th century Fortaleza do Castro to enjoy spectacular views of the city. This typical medieval Galician castle is very well preserved throughout the years and restored into the original state. Today the fortress serves as a venue for exhibitions, a cultural center, and functions as a library.

Castrelos park

Your tour continues to Castrelos park, a stunning French-style garden, located within the grounds of a palace, built-in 1620, and recently restored to become Quiñones de Leon Municipal Museum.

Drive back to the Old Town for a panoramic tour, which would involve some walking to enter the Cathedral of Santa Maria de Vigo. Here you have the option to have a nice local lunch, recommended by your guide. The price of lunch is not included in the price. Followed by a beautiful drive along the coastal road to Baiona. This coastal town was the most important trading place in the region before the development started of Vigo.

At the end of the day, you will be dropped off at your hotel or the cruise port again.
