With this privacy statement we inform you about which personal data we collect, for which purpose your personal data is processed and which rights you have.

Booking

In case you would like to book for other persons, you need to be authorized by this person to do so.

Which data about you do we collect?

The data you provide us with to book a holiday package (includes accommodation) or single service (mobility equipment hire, guided tour, transfers) will be registered by us. We will process the collect information:

  • Name, address, country of residence, telephone number, email-address
  • Date of birth (not in all cases)
  • Payment details
  • Diet details (in case you are willing to provide us with these details)
  • Necessary medical details (in case you are willing to provide us with these details)
  • Details about the booked services
  • Company name and insurance number of travel insurance (in a few cases)

How do we use this data?

  • Your personal data is needed to make requests, to provide you with information about your bookings, for relevant communication with regards to the booking, for a correct execution of the booked services and to process the booking and payment.
  • The details about your diet will be shared with the hotel, restaurants or other suppliers of meals.  In case your diet has a medical or religious foundation, we will share the details about your diet only with your permission.
  • As far as you give us permission, your medical details will be shared with the supplier that needs to have that information in order to provide the appropriate services and to guarantee your safety and the safety of third parties.
  • Personal data (name, address, phone number), banking details and details about the booked services, the costs and the payment will be processed on behalf of accounting, debtors administration and collection proceedings.
  • Your data can be used for justified significance for the company or third parties, such as processing of complaints, disagreements and legal claims, as far your interest does not prevail.

Foundation

We collect your details for the purpose of the execution of the agreement we have with you. Additionally, your details will be processed on the base of justified significance for the company or third parties, as far your interest does not prevail. Furthermore, your details are collected in order to comply with the lawful obligations, amongst which in particular the duty to carry out administration. In order for us to process your medical details or diet details you need to provide explicit permission.

How long do we save your details?

  • Unless decided on otherwise, your personal details will be saved for up two years after the start date of your booked services.
  • Unless permitted otherwise, medical details will be deleted after the booked services took place.
  • As far as details are needed for tax administration, these will be saved during the mandatory term of 7 years (by Dutch law).
  • The above saving terms can differentiate in case of lawful obligation or justified significance for the company or third parties, as far your interest does not prevail. Details can, amongst other reasons, be saved in case of complaints, disagreements, or legal claims up to 2 years after processing the complaints, disagreement or legal claim.

Who do we share your data with?

  • We provide your details to suppliers in case necessary to realize the booked services, to make sure the booked services are provided according to your needs and requirements and for your safety and that of others.
  • For processing your data external systems are used, such as the booking system, the administration system, the email system, the payment system and collection system.

Booking evaluation

Which data about you do we collect?

We collect information including your name, the booked services, your reviews about the booked services, other feedback you provide or information which you give in your evaluation of the booked services.

How do we use this data?

  • We use the data for internal evaluation.
  • We use the data for the evaluation and feedback to the supplier involved.

Foundation

We collect your data for the purpose of appropriate execution of the agreement we have with you. Furthermore, data will be processed for the purpose of justified significance for the company and third parties for thorough evaluation of her products and services, as far your interest does not prevail.

How long do we save your details?

Unless decided otherwise, your personal details will be saved for up two years after the start date of your booked services.

Who do we share your data with?

For process of evaluation, external systems are used such as the booking system, the email system and in some cases an external survey system, such as Google forms. Additionally, we collect reviews on Facebook and TripAdvisor. The evaluation can also be shared with suppliers. Depending on the situation, the evaluation will be shared anonymously.

    • the processing is based on a justified significance for the company or third parties, you object to the processing and your interest prevails over legitimate interests of the company and third parties.
  • You have the right to limit the personal data that is processed.
  • You have the right to receive a digital copy of the personal data you provided to us.
  • With regards to a specific personal situation, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data to the extent that the processing is based on the justified significance for the company or third parties.
  • You have the right to object to the use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes including profiling.
  • You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Dutch DPA).

Amendments

We will modify this privacy policy once in a while, for reasons including changes on the website, adapted purposes of processing, changed working methods or changing regulations. The content of the statements will be adapted unilaterally and without prior notice.
