The program
On this guided tour, you first learn about the history of the family through a short-movie, in which they explain how their wine is produced. After the movie you enjoy the winery’s innovative architecture, while tasting three of their estate-grown wines. You make your way into the factory, you see the vineyards, the cellar where the wine ages, and the beautiful architecture of the building. All wines you taste are available for sale in their small shop on the premises.
About the winery
For over six hundred years, the founding family of this winery has been known for its excellence in the art of winemaking. This winery is built quite recently, however the winemaking traditions have remained the same. The family makes use of traditional values and additionally is a fan of both classical and contemporary art, which you see displayed throughout the tour. The winery looks out over the beautiful Tuscan landscape, which makes it a real must-visit!
