You can choose to do the fjord cruise first or start with the walking/rolling tour.

First stop

The guide will meet you at the Tourist Center near the dock, and from there the rolling/walking tour starts. In the Old Town of Stavanger, you will hear all about the history of the city. Your guide will tell you passionately about the Vikings heritage and how they conquered these lands. You also learn a bit more about how Stavanger became an important oil city. Stavanger’s old center has some breathtaking and well-preserved wooden buildings. Many of them date back to the 18th century. So, explore the cozy streets of this beautiful Norwegian coastal town.

Second stop

After the guided tour of the city, you make your own way to the fjord cruise port. Once you have boarded the ship, it is time to enjoy the view of the beautiful surroundings. This cruise takes approximately three hours, and you will see the fjords of Lysefjord and Preikestolen. Preikestolen, or Pulpit Rock, is a viewpoint that gives an overview of the Fjords and mountains. From the water, this is a magnificent sight.
