About This Wheelchair Accessible tour of Etretat, Deauville and Honfleur

Your private driver guide will meet you at the port of Le Havre, with a sign with your name on it, with private adapted transport and together you first head towards Etretat

Etretat

The first stop of the day is Etretat, famous for its cliffs and rock formations. There is plenty of of time to (st)roll through the village to explore its charming shops and cafes, roll/walk along the seaside to take in the fresh air and admire the chalk cliffs. From the hills you have a breathtaking panoramic view of the village and ocean.

To reach the top, there is an accessible “train” that goes up to the cliff approximately every 30 minutes. Entrance tickets to be paid directly on the day. From there you will enjoy some of the most spectacular views.

Deauville

After the visit and sightseeing of Etretat, you head to Deauville, a popular seaside resort for locals and tourists. Here you have the opportunity to (st)roll along the iconic boardwalk, “Les Planches,” lined with colorful beach huts and parasols. Afterwards you can visit the luxurious boutiques and cafes in the town center, soaking up the local atmosphere.

Additionally, you have the option to visit Deauville’s famous landmarks, including the grand Casino and the historic Hôtel Barrière, a unique example of Belle Époque architecture. This elegant hotel, which illuminates the seafront, is a reminder of the splendour of that time.

Honfleur

The final stop is Honfleur. During the driving part you will enjoy a scenic view of the quaint harbor upon arrival. Although vehicle access is restricted in some areas, your driver-guide will share insights on the must-see sights and attractions to explore and visit on your own.

Honfleur has gained international fame for its authenticity and charm, with its cobbled streets, timber-framed houses, quaint shops, charming hotels, and traditional restaurants. During the visit, you can see the iconic sites such as the Old Port, Sainte Catherine Church, and the bell tower, Mont Jolie. Do not forget to enjoy the panoramic view of the village and Seine River from the hilltop!

Please note that during the summer not all streets of Honfleur are accessible with a vehicle.

After the visit of Honfleur, your driver guide will take you back to the cruiseport again.
