“We have just returned from a Baltic cruise with port tours organized via Mirjam in St Petersburg and Tallinn. We used Mirjam as, based on past experience, we did not want to use the ship tours and were a bit nervous about organizing our own private ones. Suffice to say everything happened without any difficulties, exactly as you want but so often doesn’t!

As Mirjam had consulted/informed us about everything throughout, we had left home confident that the tours would be hassle-free. To be able to have this confidence when I am a powerchair user and my husband is severely visually impaired was brilliant and so contributed to our overall delight with the cruise. In conversation with our fellow passengers, they were all amazed at how much we had seen during our tours. In particular, our visit to the newly opened (Aug 2018) Memorial to the Victims of

Communism in Tallinn as it is fully wheelchair accessible (which it seems the rest of Tallinn isn’t) and very moving, yet it seems is not somewhere that is on the itinerary of cruise passengers. We would have no hesitation in recommending Mirjam and if we need accessible tour arrangements making in the future which we don’t feel confident doing ourselves, it will be Mirjam we will be emailing as we believe you could not get better with a task that you hear so many horror stories of accessible provisions not being accessible. Mirjam in our experience really knows what accessible means and is also a lovely, genuinely caring person to have organising your holiday, I really felt she wanted everything to go without any hitches as much as we did.”
