Your objective is to drive accessible travel sales while managing partner relationships and operational coordination. You will ensure strong booking performance and high service quality across direct and partner channels. You will contribute to sustainable revenue growth and continuous commercial improvement across all channels.

We are a rapidly expanding service provider, dedicated to European accessible travel, catering specifically to disabled travelers of all age ranges. Our vision is to become the leading global travel solution for individuals with disabilities, seeking to explore the world.
We are an international team, united by our passion for merging technology with accessibility. Our mission is achieved through the development of an advanced and scalable system, designed to simplify the booking procedures for accessible accommodations, private tours, shore excursions, transfers, and mobility equipment rentals.
What are you going to do?
- Develop and manage direct and partner sales channels, driving revenue growth and measurable performance.
- Plan and manage bookings across direct and partner channels, including accommodations, tours, transfers and rentals, ensuring strong conversion, revenue growth and consistent commercial performance.
- Communicate with travelers and partners to drive bookings and ensure smooth execution and strong conversion rates. Gather and structure travel details in our CRM system (TravelSpirit) to ensure accuracy and continuity.
- Manage service provider and partner relationships to optimize availability, pricing and commercial performance.
- Monitor service quality and resolve operational issues during high season and daily operations.
- Improve processes to support scalable sales and operational growth, efficiency and measurable performance.
- Provide rotating weekend coverage during high season (April–October) within redistributed working hours.
What do we offer?

- You will operate from a centralized office environment in Barcelona, with flexibility in 5 day work schedules and remote work arrangements subject to business needs. Working time is distributed Monday–Sunday.
- This is a full-time (40h) position under a Spanish employment contract with working time distributed as required.
- The role includes rotating weekend duty during high season (April–October) based on operational and business needs. These days are integrated within normal working hours and annual salary.
- Your annual gross base salary (full-time, 26k – 30k EUR) will depend on your experience and is paid in 12 monthly payments per calendar year. This amount includes compensation for weekend duties as outlined above.

- You have experience in hospitality, customer support, operations or sales.
- You are highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple bookings, partners and workflows.
- You have a problem-solving attitude, are accountable, and take ownership when challenges arise.
- You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and a client-first mindset.
