CITY OF PALMA AND BELLVER CASTLE, HALF DAY

Spend your day walking around the lovely city of Palma and learn more about its architecture and history. You will see the influences of both Moorish and European eras. Dominated by the Gothic cathedral, La Seu, you will discover that most of the main sites are located within the area inside the old city walls.

The old city is a popular starting point for tours. Both the cathedral La Seu and the Palau de l’Almudaina overlook the harbor and will provide you with spectacular views out to sea, including a view of Bellver Castle situated high above the town. A Gothic style castle, dated from the 14th century and originally built for James ll of Mallorca.

VISIT VALLDEMOSSA & SA FORADADA, APPROX 6 HRS

During this tour you will visit the most wonderful villages in Mallorca. You start by visiting Valldemossa, walking along the charming little streets with cafés and galleries, buying a souvenir or eating the famous “coca de patata”. You will visit the famous “Real Cartuja de Valldemossa”, an old Carthusian monastery where Chopin spent the winter of 1838-1839.

We continue along the coast and will make a stop in Na Foradada, before we end up in Soller, the village famous for its orange trees, the charm and nature.

ALCUDIA & LLUCH, APPROX 6 HRS

This tour starts in Alcudia, located on the northeast of Mallorca, situated between two bays which harbors some of the most exceptional beaches in the Mediterranean Sea.

You will visit the old and the typical market, after which you will continue your journey to the famous “Monasterio de Lluch” with the unique Black Madonna in Mallorca.

Ask about the option for an accessible ‘walk’ around the small lake of Cuber. The reservoir that supplies Palma with water, surrounded by limestone peaks and sparse forests. The total tour duration will be 8 hours.

PALMA & VALLDEMOSSA, APPROX 6 HRS

With private adapted transfer you will be taken to the city of Palma, and spend your day walking/rolling around this lovely city and learn more about its architecture and history. See the Gothic Cathedral La Seu and the Palau de l’Almudaina, and enjoy the spectacular views over sea and of Bellver Castle.

Following the visit to La Palma you continue your tour to Valldemossa, one of the prettiest and most charming villages in Mallorca, situated in the hills of the Tramuntana range, surrounded by forested hills and lush countryside.

The landmark that everyone comes to see is the 13th century monastery which has links to the Polish composer Frederic Chopin. The village itself is full of charming little streets filled with cafes, galleries and gift shops. Traditional family bakeries can still be found in Valldemossa and serve the local delight of ‘coca de patata’, translated to ‘potato cake’.

PALMA & SOLLER, APPROX 6 HRS.

With private adapted transfer you will be taken to the city of Palma, and spend your day walking/rolling around this lovely city and learn more about its architecture and history. See the Gothic Cathedral La Seu and the Palau de l’Almudaina, and enjoy the spectacular views over sea and of Bellver Castle. The tour will also pass by the Town Hall, with its famous 800 years old olive tree, and the King Gardens.

Following the visit to La Palma you continue your tour to Soller. Soller is set in a valley of orange groves between the mountains and the sea. We start the trip in the town square with several tapas bars, a fine selection of pastry-shops, local ice-cream and freshly squeezed orange juice. The impressive church of Sant Bartomeu (not accessible) dominates the town square and was first built in the 13th century.

ROUND TOUR: VALLDEMOSSA & SA FORADADA & SOLLER, FULL DAY

Your driver will pick you up from the cruise port, you start your day with a visit to Valldemossa. Valldemossa is one of the prettiest and most charming villages in Mallorca. It is situated in the hills of the Tramuntana range, at about 17 km from Palma, surrounded by forested hills and lush countryside. The landmark is the 13th century monastery. The village itself is full of charming little streets filled with cafes, galleries and gift shops.

Following the visit to Valldemossa you continue your tour to the coast stopping at Sa Foradada and ending up in Soller. Soller is set in a valley of orange groves between the mountains and the sea. The impressive church of Sant Bartomeu (not accessible) dominates the town square.

You will continue through the old town, typically Mediterranean, with narrow winding alley ways. Soller lies a couple of miles inland from its port, Port de Soller, a wonderful little village situated in one of Mallorca’s most beautiful horseshoe harbors on the west coast. Surrounded by the Tramuntana Mountains, this town has the best of both worlds: magnificent mountain scenery and a sea view to boot.
